Shipping and Returns

What happens after I place an order?

Everything is handmade and made to order. After you place your order, I make your piece and ship it within up to 10 days, or often sooner when possible.

Shipping

Berlin pickup is also available, and you can pay in cash at pickup if you prefer.

We offer tracked shipping. Shipping cost depends on destination and is shown at checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or carrier handling fees depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in the product or shipping price, and I have no influence on those.

Returns

Because pieces are made to order and often customized, returns are not automatically accepted. Under EU consumer rules, the usual withdrawal right generally does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods, so any return request will be reviewed case by case.

If a return or exchange is accepted, the item must be sent back unworn and in original condition, so please wear your own underwear when trying pieces on.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Until a return reaches my studio, it is also your responsibility, so I recommend using tracked mail and keeping proof of postage.

As a small brand, I’m not able to cover return shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.

If your item arrives with the wrong design, wrong details, or another mistake on my side, please message me and I’ll make it right.
